These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tendplot website and services. By accessing or using Tendplot, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Tendplot service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using Tendplot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where changes are material, notify you by email. Continued use of Tendplot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Use of Service
Tendplot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your personal gardening purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from Tendplot without our prior written permission. All content on the platform — including garden plans, guides, and expert advice — is provided for informational purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use Tendplot in any way that violates applicable law, infringes on the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscription and Billing
Certain features of Tendplot require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis at the frequency you select at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in our refund policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing period.
Limitation of Liability
Tendplot provides gardening guidance for informational purposes only. While we work with knowledgeable professionals, we cannot guarantee the results of any planting plan or gardening advice. Outcomes will vary depending on local conditions, soil quality, weather, and factors beyond our control. You assume full responsibility for decisions made based on content from the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tendplot and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Tendplot shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
